good....let the "super" earn his highest paid position in the state of ohio! They thought it was more important to pave their parking lots.(which there is nothing wrong with them) thats why the levy failed! What a crock of s***. If the school wants sympathy they can find it in the dictionary, not from the channel 12 news!

I wouldn't worry about the drinking age. The only ones who were on that band wagon were the 100 college professors across the country. Won't happen.

You know I here this dumb stuff with these teens everyday. Wonder if someone was coming opposite direction got hit and killed for stupid people not just teens who want to continue to drink and drive! I have no sympathy for the teen. If they got sense enough to get license they have sense enough to know what drinking and driving do. Most teen I know actually know someone that has lost there life to drinking and driving but of course everybody think the rules dont apply to them. Im not sorry for anyone that put innocent people in jeopardy of being hurt, injured or death while driving on these roads for drinking, talking on cellphone or reckless driving. Especially the cellphone with all the cheap ear pieces today that can easly be purchased. Getting distracted and driving while drunk is totally different. Being distracted you still have knowledge you just glance away, being drunk you cant even walk in a straight line let alone drive in one.

Rodeo, That's the problem, bike riders do not ride where they should, they ride in the middle of the road, right along with the traffic, causing traffic tie ups and drivers just trying to avoid them can and does cause accidents. You are being irresponsible when you do not ride to the far right side of the road out of traffic, then you wonder why you are ran over. If people want to ride down the middle of the roads they should lawfully have to buy Insurance and tags just like licensed drivers have to do. What is it that exempts bikers from this? I know what the law is, and it is wrong.

sir WHITEY is it? I believe your name and your ignorant comments pretty much speak for themselves. What I was saying about the drunk white homeless man is, I read most of these stories on here and only see your comments on the ones that involve black people...you have a hand full of race cards. And about if you don't like it, leave...No, I don't like it but it's reality...it's going to happen. If the mayor, the president or any other official with a fancy position can't change the city, you or anyone else can't change it either no matter how much boycotting you do. And as for the boycotting, the places this violence happens in is not in areas where people from the suburbs frequent.

Seedubya68 is correct. It is not Duke's fault, and in fact, they are working with the tenants to keep the power on at least to the end of the month, and indefinitely. (One of the tenants is my significant other.) The owner of the building is from Chicago, John Thomas from Sterling Phoenix Development, is a crook. He pocked the money instead of paying the Duke bill. For some reason he is above the law - he was convicted of a felony in 2004 for financial fraud, and then he was asked to be an FBI informant to save his behind and throw other criminals (friends) behind bars. It's pretty ridiculous that he could get a commercial loan, given his background. It would be great if all the tenants could sue him, but conveniently, this guy has no assets in the bank, and nothing under his name...Duke is trying their best to work it out with the victims - the tenants.

I'm sorry to hear that she's okay...........maybe she'd learn a valuable lesson is she was injured. She'll probably do it again. Hope they at least get her for the underaged drinking and driving under the influence.
